By downloading, installing, or using BrainPingPong ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
BrainPingPong is a mobile application that allows users to ask questions to multiple AI providers simultaneously and compare their responses. The App connects to third-party AI services including but not limited to:
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: BrainPingPong offers the following subscription options:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Users may optionally use their own API keys from the supported AI providers. When using BYOK mode, users are responsible for their own API usage and any associated costs from those providers.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App relies on third-party AI services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of responses from these services. Users must comply with each AI provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. AI RESPONSES MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
